Applies to: Nerdio for Azure (NFA) and Nerdio Private Cloud (NPC) accounts
On the Home page you will see a chart titled "Desktop Users - Last 30 days". This chart strives to answer the question - "how many desktops are being served up?". This is important information for two reasons -
- It's a direct indicator of Azure compute resources costs you will see on your next Azure bill
- It's an indicator of Nerdio adoption and the subsequent support demands you can expect
Let's look at an example:
In this case you can see the change in the number of desktops being served over time. The green line is the number of VDI/personal desktop users, the blue line is the number of RDS/pooled desktop users and the black line is a sum of the two numbers.
Note: Professional accounts don't support VDI/personal desktops.
