I Would Like to Understand the Desktop Login Pattern Chart

On the Home page you will see a chart titled "Desktop Login Pattern - Last 30 days". This chart strives to answer the question - "when are my users logging in and using Nerdio desktops?". This is important information because it helps you uncover opportunities to save money by using the Desktop Autoscale feature. With Desktop Autoscale, Nerdio can scale down or turn off RDS servers & VDI/personal deskops when users are not using their desktops. Secondly, this information will help you gauge when you can expect support requests to start coming in and staff support personnel accordingly.

Let's look at an example:

In this case there are no login activities before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m., indicating a drop in desktop usage. Now, it is likely there are users already logged in that will continue to use desktop resources. However, we can comfortably conclude that usage reduces, and thus resources & money can be conserved, outside of the normal business hours.
