Note: To receive a PEM file, please email engineering@getnerdio.com

Some Zero and Thin clients have a root certificate installed related to the previous certificate. The new certificate is part of a different root certificate chain. Some zero clients that disconnect will not be able to reconnect until they have been updated with the new certificate chain.
