There’s two ways to login to your Nerdio desktop.
Preferred option: Use Horizon Client app
You can login to your desktop using an application called "Horizon Client". This is the preferred method for connecting to your desktop.

Nerdio Tip
- Use the Horizon Client app for the best experience. You will have a full desktop experience including being able to use your printers and USB drives.
- You will be asked to enter the address for a “Connection server”. The address has been previously shared with you. It's going to be similar to ids[four digit number].nerdio.net.
Alternate option: Use your web browser
Did we mention we would much rather you use the Horizon Client app? But we do understand that you need an alternate option say if you are on a public computer. In that case, use the browser on your computer or your mobile device. It’s as simple as that. Visit the Nerdio Login page and click on the green WWW button. Enter your four digit Account ID an you will be taken to the screen to log in to your Nerdio desktop.
