I Get an Error "Available Desktop Resources Are Currently Busy" when I Log in to My Desktop

If you see an error message "All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy" when you attempt to login to your desktop, the simple solution is to reset desktop.


There are two ways to reset desktop -

  1. Use Nerdio Admin Portal. You will need to be a NAP Administrator or ask one to reset desktop for you. Here's a KB article for more information.
  2. If you use Horizon client app to log in to your desktop, right-click the Nerdio Desktop icon and select "Reset Desktop".
