Tips to Add Users on NAP

Once your account is provisioned on Nerdio Admin Portal (NAP), you can start adding users to it. To add users on NAP, login to your account and click "Users" tab from the main menu:

On the "Users" page, scroll down and click "Add user" button:

NAP allows you to add users with user first and last name meeting the following criteria :

  • Maximum length of user first name and last name is 25 characters
  • Name contains either alphabets, numbers or spaces (for example John Doe1)
  • Special characters or blanks are not allowed

If the name you are trying to enter does not meet the set criteria, NAP will throw an error message as shown below :
