How Do I Change Address on Invoice?

Applies to: Nerdio Private Cloud (NPC) only. Does not apply to NFA.

When you upgrade your NPC account from trial to a paid account, you will be prompted to enter your billing address and contact information. The invoices we generate will include that address and contact info. Let us know if you ever need to change that address. We will change the address in our system for you.

1. Log in to your NPC account an Account Admin or Account Billing Admin. Click Billing tab from the main menu. On the invoices page, click "Change payment details" button:
2. Follow on-screen prompts to change billing information and click "Save" button: Note: All applications that you have currently subscribed to will be billed using this information.
